• Learn and understand business requirements, use cases and current marketing & communication workflows and help implement them in our GenAI platform and tool landscape
• Contribute to initiatives to identify and implement helpful GenAI tools and inspiring guidelines, supporting teams worldwide in the usage and implementation of GenAI driven Marketing & Communication solutions
• Collaborate with marketing teams to use GenAI tools and guidelines, to meet their evolving needs and to inspire outstanding brand experiences for ZEISS
• Support the development and implementation of guidelines and training contents for new GenAI tools as well as communication activities supporting their global implementation.
• Write prompts and manage context for assistants and GenAI features in our tool landscape
• Maintain Guidelines, Training contents and tools and advise teams in GenAI tools and features in our ZEISS tool landscape
• Explore industry trends and best practices: Identifying relevant developments in GenAI-driven brand experiences, sharing insights with teams, and integrating key innovations into the experience and the toolset

Your Profile

• You have a bachelor`s degree in the field of marketing, business or similar and are looking for a dual master program as Steinbeis student
• You have experience in Marketing and Communications or in GenAI for content creation.
• You are interested in GenAI, digital technology and digital experiences in Marketing & Communications Optimally you already use GenAI daily and are comfortable and experience in prompt writing and managing context and knowledge of GenAI systems
• You will need project management skills and English language skills
